GASXALL handles personal data in accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) and applicable data-protection law.

We process personal data on the basis of consent, contract, or legitimate interest, and we document which basis applies to each activity.

We collect only the data we need for a defined purpose, and we do not retain it longer than necessary.

When we build systems that process personal data, we design NDPR-aware handling: encryption, access control, audit logging and defined retention.
